Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Elegance Atelier's website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Orders and Payment

• All orders are subject to acceptance and availability
• Prices are in Nigerian Naira (₦) and are subject to change
• Payment must be made in full before work commences on custom orders
• We accept Verve, MasterCard, and bank transfers

Custom Orders

• Custom tailored items are non-refundable
• Fittings must be attended as scheduled
• Final measurements are the customer's responsibility
• We reserve the right to refuse any order

Delivery

• Standard delivery: 5-7 business days
• Express delivery: 2-3 business days (additional ₦15,000)
• Custom orders: Timeline provided during consultation
• We are not responsible for delays beyond our control

Alterations and Returns

We offer complimentary minor alterations within 30 days of delivery for custom orders. Ready-to-wear items may be returned within 14 days in unworn condition with tags attached.
